GO FOR IT. .
Life is Short: Go For It. Don't be afraid.

“Be the one who decided to go for it”

You just go for it and see what works, there are no rules. Stop being afraid of what could go wrong and think of what could go right. You have brains in your head and feet in your shoes, you can steer yourself in any direction you choose. Go for it with your eyes closed, even if it feels weak and exposed. Go for it if you think he doesn’t like you or she doesn’t want you, because that might not be true. Go for it even if you’re flattened against the corridor, your breath quickening and your heart racing, your pulse wailing in pain. Go for that goddamn cricket tryout, no matter what the turnout, because for that one moment you were caught in this beautiful daydream, that you could be a part of their team. Just go for it.

“If it’s going to make you happy, go for it- Life is short”

If you weren’t so bloody scared of being compared, I see life is not a report card, so please go for it. Go for it even if your palms are sweating, even if your legs are shaking. Tell him, tell your crush that you want to kiss him in that place behind his ear and take him out for the ice-cream date.

Send that job application, take that impulsive vacation. E-mail that manuscript to that publishing house and get rejected, but do it anyway. Because there really is no other way what is the worst thing that can happen? A broken heart? A bruised ego? Insecurities? Then let it happen.

“Let go of the illusion that it can have been any different. “

It’s okay to lose, but not to lose out because you’re terrified. Terrified of what? Not being good enough? Being laughed at? It’s okay we will get over it, but please got for it.

Walk up on that stage and raid that spotlight, even if your throat feels contradicted and tight, blabber and skip the punch line. Make fool out of yourself, it’s really fine. But go for it, go on that stage like a superstar, even if you’re not. It will take you far. It shouldn’t have to be this hard, you shouldn’t have to question yourself this much. Rock climbing in your eighties. Courage is asking for raise at your work for your hard work. Courage is applying to that university the one you thought was too good for you as if you knew. Courage is asking that girl out, the one you said was way out of your league. Courage is starting a new brand and going to that gig, even if you have a stage fear. Go for it.

Every beautiful thing you think you want to do, you can, go for it. You have every opportunity in this lifetime. So, go for it, take a risk. Take the plunge, that great cliff dive, and I promise you you will come back alive, because your heart can handle it.

Go for it because there is nothing more refreshing than telling your fear to get lost.
